it has been a very long couple of days. We have been up off and on all night- I havent slept since 4. Keith is in a lot of pain/nausea/feeling like pig poop as he says. I am hoping once hospice gets going, they will at least ease his discomfort. We cancelled his upcoming dr appt b/c he just cannot make the trip. As it is, he has been in bed for 2 days not having even energy enough to get dressed. He just wants me to sit by him and rub his very hurting back and sides. Certainly not saying no. He has given up i think on the meds he has because for all the good they do, i may as well give him a sugar cube. it has been more productive to give as much physical comfort as possible. I know there are several ppl wanting to see Keith, and hopefully as we get his pain and nausea under control- he will want visitors. Please be patient and I will keep you updated. Thanks!
