it seems like yesterday, but 19 years ago, my mom passed away. Marie Muldowney was a wonderful mom. She went to business school, moved to Madison and got a job before meeting my dad and getting married. They raised 5 kids and she was the brains behind the sign business my dad started in 1954. She did all the accounting and operational part of the business. I realized I have no digital photo saved of her to post today, so I could share her image with you all, but I luckily inherited many of her good traits, such as an analytical mind, a strong sense of right and wrong, patience, an inordinate need to take care of everything and everyone, except myself and a great sense of rhythm and desire to DANCE! Thanks, mom. Miss you.
