it time again to hear d word of GOD and my topic for today is THE GATE AND WAY TO HEAVEN and our text is takeing from d book of john 10vs7 to 9 we find singn posts on our high ways . they are placed to warn motorists of dangers ahead of them there are also singn posts giving directions to where one is going . Any one who wants to avoid dangers must heed the warnings and if one does not want to miss one s way one must also obey the directions. today we are considering a very important sign post that every one going to heaven must pay attention to . Often time one tends to forget some important information and this is the reason all travelers to heaven (new or old) must continually be reminded of the way . this conditon is that it is a strait and narrow way .pls let see d point 1 of it IT IS STILL A STRAIT AND NARROW WAY many belivers having discovered that GOD is still doing miracles have begun to place more emphasis on miracles while the genuine experiences and qualities of a christian are given lesser attention . they are like the people whom jesus said were labouring for the food that perishes (john6vs 26 27) . not many care for humility , contantment ,patience, holy living , etc (deut 19vs 14 job 24vs 2 jer 16vs 6 ) which the Bible regards as the ancient land mark the old paths the characteristics of the narrow way . for many youths it is the old fashioned way for old people . they do not take it for themselves .the lord would want you to know that it is still the strait and narrow way . it is still the way of the corss it is the way of loving your enemies , seif denial persecution , ridicule , rejection by family members and friends (matt5vs43 46 10 vs34 39 5vs10 11) . the strait and narrow is that way of love not the world ,the way the world is not comfortable with (cons john7vs 14 1john 3vs13 2vs 15 17 ) .it is for a few people (matt 7vs14) and filled with inconveniences despit the trend of society the youths have found themselves . with this information and condition many youths might be wondering who then can get to heaven my belove this is d path one of it pls wait to see d parth two of it may GOD of heaven bless u as you do so in jesus name (A MEN) FROM YOUR BELOVE BORTHER FROM WCCRM
