its another rainy day, and that comforts me. i like when THE UNIVERSE CRIES, because it reminds me that i am infinite, i do feel, and the entire universe is within me. also, i am a direct expression of the universe, AND the universe CARES. when the universe weeps, i remember I AM LOVED and nurtured AND supported. rainy all day and a high of 66. BEAUTIFUL. i am starting the day with my favorite tazo organic chai tea with organic, whole fat milk. then, im going to do some cooking, baking, and cleaning. ill make the gluten-free blueberry coffee cake, because ive been craving it. ill make the homemade, organic eggnog, and my organic, gluten-free neiman marcus chocolate-chip cookies. with walnuts. perhaps a gluten-free pecan pie. maybe ill take some homemade, organic soup to a friend. i have some gifts to put under the tree, only the tree isnt up yet. so far, ive bought any holiday gifts at burlington and kroger, and havent spent more than $20 on any one thing; it really is the thought that counts, and there are lots of nice things for under $20. remember, hand-made crafts make wonderful gifts, as do homemade jellies, jams, and homemade pickled or fermented foods. ill require music today. lots and lots of rock n roll music. turned up loud. its a portugal.-the-man-on-pandora day. cold war kids. spoon. broken bells. arctic monkeys. dr. dog, phoenix, the white stripes. ray lamontagne. the raconteurs, et al. ill spend time breathing deeply and meditating, stretching, and doing yoga, tai chi, and gong fu.
