its come full circle ...bushmen paintings on bowers hope in the eastern cape owned and operated by charles and philip price showing hunting scenes from many hundreds of years ago ...as south africa was settled much of the wildlife was eliminated and in areas like this the only animals one would see would have been sheep and cattle ...today it has been restored back to wildlife and the business model that supports it is fed by hunters dollars , indeed this area alone is tens of thousands of acres ....and is merely a small representation of what is happening all over south africa where millions of acres are being turned back to wildlife thanks to the value that hunters place on trophies ...weather you agree with hunting or not you cannot argue that its a good thing when giant tracts of land are restored back to their natural state.
