its never easy, its never the same, and we all , every single human being, have to face the loss of a loved one, and eventually our children will have to deal with losing us. i found out grandma Vicki was in the hospital with little time to spare and i was blessed to have such wonderful friends/family drive me to palm springs, so that i may show my respects and so that i could see her physical being one last time, my grandma is in heaven and shes up there with grandma Marie. I feel like some of the best times and memories are done now- never to be felt with happiness, not the same as if she were here, again. But I know that we will be together again, in fact we can have her energy, not her soul, but her energy here with us. im not too sure how we will be able to recognize people we love in heaven, but i am sure that there is such a place, and i know my family will be there. i guess thats why they say the EYES ARE THE WINDOWS TO THE SOUL. GRANDMA VICKI I LOVE YOU. Im going to miss making her laugh, her beautiful smile and eyes, and her great character. My heart goes out to the men in my grandmas life, (grandpa,my dad, my brothers) they are devastated, even having faith doesnt heal or help us when its time to detach ourselves from a lost loved one. PRAY FOR THESE MEN FACEBOOK FAMILY PLEASE each one of them had a bond with grandma that goes beyond this earth, lets help them to remember that. we are going to miss your physical being grandma but we look forward to our spiritual body we will share . i love you grammies
