jaure paamire pakaoma.. Dynamos defender Partson Jaure’s disciplinary hearing, which was initially scheduled for today (wednesday), has been shifted to Friday as the Warriors stopper is currently out of the country on national duty, #gdn has learnt. Jaure, who featured for the Zimbabwe national side in an international friendly with Tanzania last night, has been summoned to appear before the PSL Disciplinary Committee on charges of bringing the game of football into disrepute following his violent conduct in a league match against Highlanders earlier this month. It is the second time that hearing has been postponed after Dynamos secretary-general Webster Chikengezha last week successfully applied for the postponement, requesting more time to prepare their defence. The former La Liga man was dismissed by referee Thabani Bamala during Dynamos’ 1-0 win over Highlanders at Barbourfields Stadium earlier this month following a clash with Highlanders forward Njabulo Ncube. While Jaure’s dismissal was initially seen as harsh, it was his reaction, an attempt to assault referee Bamala in retaliation, which torched a storm. Jaure had to be restrained by his teammates as he furiously charged towards Bamala, apparently incensed by the referees decision to expel him alongside Ncube. Chikengezha confirmed the postponement. “We have written to PSL seeking a postponement because the player is currently with the national team in Tanzania. He is supposed to be present during the hearing,” Chikengezha told #gdn. “We have prepared our defence and we are now waiting to appear before the Disciplinary Committee.” PSL chief executive Kenny Ndebele said the hearing will now be heard on Friday a day before this year’s selection of the Soccer Star of the Year finalists. The eleven best players for the 2013 Castle Premiership season are set to be announced this Saturday and should Jaure be found guilty of any wrongdoing, he will be disqualified. According to rules and regulations guiding the selection of the outstanding players of the season, a player who has been brought before a disciplinary hearing and found guilty by the club or the league will not be considered for selection. However, merely being drsgged before a disciplinary committee does not exclude a player from the selection process if the guilty verdict has not been passed. Players will be selected by a panel of football writers, PSL coaches and referee representatives. The Coach of the Year, Rookie Player of the Year and Best Under-20 Player will also be selected on the day. There are prizes too for the Goalkeeper of the Year, the Most Disciplined Team of the Year and the Golden Boot winner. The winners will be unveiled at a banquet in December, which will also mark the end of the 2013 season #gdn
