Duties and responsibilities: ** Teach General English according to CEFR Levels; ** Teach TOEFL/FCE/EILTS (either or all); ** Provide coordination to the assigned class; ** Plan academic year and unit teaching plans, lessons and educational activities together with Director of Studies; ** Create positive learning environment and motivate students; ** Plan and implement student monitoring, assessment, progress reports and follow up; ** Participate in the professional development of the study programs; ** Other duties assigned by management. Required qualifications and skills: ** Higher education in English language and literature; ** International certificates (CAE/DELTA/CELTA/TOEFL) desired ** Minimum 3 years teaching experience ** Proficiency in English and passion for teaching ** Ability to utilize different methods and mediums in teaching/learning process; ** Outstanding organization skills and discipline; ** Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; ** Creative and proactive, open to the new ideas and initiatives.
