just a warning!!! this morning we received a phone call from a withheld number, the person on the other end was foreign, and said he was from our internet provider Talk Talk and that they had a report from our internet line that someone was trying to hack it. He wanted us to do a remote assist and asked us to log on to our computer. I handed the call over to Rob at this point as i had my doubts that this wasnt cocher . He asked Rob to enter a few commands and it showed up that there were several threats. He then asked to enter a command which enabled him to remotely access our computer. At this point we were at the conclusion this was a scam so asked him to ring back in half hour. His voice became agressive so we hung up and rang Talk Talk, This was defo a scam and is now in the hands of their fraud team. Half hour had passed and low and behold the phone rang with the withheld number, Rob confronted the guy about it been a scam and said person hung up . So be savvy guys and always check with your provider
