just knocked over 11 things on someone elses desk because I tried to pick up a stapler, only to find it was plugged in & the cord snagged a bunch of stuff. I guess Im getting old ... because I wasnt aware that staplers are now electric, so that caught me off guard. and, since were on the subject: how lazy have we gotten that we cant manually STAPLE anymore? I know -- its SUCH a burden, manually pushing down & letting it spring back to its original position. someone might ... use a muscle or something. cant have that. Wall-E was prophecy.
