just stopped to grab a drink at a Macs, outside was the usual can you spare some change, when I came out I gave him 2$ and some change, he said can I ask you a question? You look like a successful guy, and I dont mean by how your dressed and I see your tattoos, but how you carry yourself, have you ever felt like you lost everything? Have you had to deal with crisis? Why do you walk so tall? He then explained to me that last year he was married, and owned a roofing company with 14 employees. Then she left, and now he spends his days drinking and his nights in a shelter. We shared some life stories, and I asked him how did you get so successful with your company? and he replied, I built that company myself, I worked hard, it was all me and I said exactly, its all you, it always will be, so find that guy again, and start walking tall he shook my hand, and told me Im the first person this week who treated him like a person. Life is gonna get you, you cant hide, but there isnt a damned thing you cant do, if you trust YOU.... and the day goes on...
