just waiting for the lawsuits to begin by those exposed to a chemical weapon that were not even part of the rioting all the innocent people who were affected by it as it wafted about turning the whole thing into a hazmat/ CBERN incident-- did they not think of that? did they even consider the ramifications of this--what it it kills an asthmatic, someone with COPD- that were at their homes? this toxic gas - even when dispersed can set both of those off; not to mention anyone within breathing distance. lawsuit by those who were not in the riots but suffered from what they used on those who were are an enevitability. what excuse do they give them? well you were in the city, we cant help it if you were down wind- were not responsible for any thing that may occur after it was released. those would be bs answers and would not hold up in court. if the ones giving the orders did not think of the other citizens of the town then they need to be held accountable for their actions as well. releasing a chemical weapon is a hazard in itself you compound the problem when you just let it indiscriminately disperse after you released it and do nothing- if the police had gas masks on then they knew what they were doing-- no regard for the citizens at all-- just one focus and being myopic is going to cost them
