last monday i got the honor of taken rhett to his treatment and of course I took my camera. the following are facts i want to share with you about these pictures. what you will see: spiderman glasses always bring smiles, cancer medication goes where you go, weakness and strength come and go, ipads, movies, and legos pass time, rhetts smiles are priceless, friends are a must have, weakness comes a lot, snowmen hats made by sweet ladies are so cool! what you wont see: sylvia cleaning up throw up all over rhett and her car only seconds before he got into my car, rhett retaking his meds b/c he just threw the first dose up, my coffee sitting on my bumper, rhett struggling to eat a single pickle for lunch b/c of his loss of appetite, rhett refusing all things except my ice tea, my hurt knowing all i can offer is iced tea, rhett getting excited every time a machine beeped in the hopes that the treatment was over, my excitement when rhett said he wanted the 800+ calorie peanut butter smoothie, me pulling the car over as fast as i could when rhett softly uttered the words i dont feel so good, the total joy and excitement when my girls realized rhett was in the car when i picked them up from school! fivestarportraits.pixieset/rhett/treatmentinkaty/
