last night Abby came in with a large deep cut on her front leg...not finding a vet that wouldnt charge about $150 that we didnt have, we wrapped it...this morning it was swollen about twice normal size...we took her to a local vet and they gave her stitches and meds for antibiotics and pain for less than half the cost...she will need to go back in two weeks and be on bed rest for couple days...no playing with Amadeus and Lilly...she came home, had visits from Amadeus and Lilly, ate and drank a little and is now asleep on my bed...long night...great outcome...who said they are just dogs...they are family...thanks Derric
