let me on behalf of the BCP family thank all those university of Botswana students who registered with IEC for the coming electoral franchise in October and on the same line encourage those who have not done so to prepare to register in the coming and last supplementary registration in may.As a fellow student and a contesting candidate in village ward which include university of Botswana I am asking for support from you.we have together in embarked in a journey that saw you electing me for the SRC ministerial portfolio of publicity in 2012-13,and it is my believe that I never let you down.I have been your selfless and true servant,I have never folded my arms and watched from the sidelines when your welfare and plight were concerned.Even when i thought i have resigned from student politics,your cry at the hands of the oppressors were difficult to ignore and on the process I was persecuted and suspended from my studies for championing your cause,the cause we so much believed in, not as political parties but as student body.we have every reason as students not to import leadership nor fall victim to self made politicians who mushroom on the eve of election year to use our sufferings to fatten their wallets.we got no reason to elect tourist from kasane to represent us,it is important that as student shun this characters who see university students as only a vehicle for political positions.where were they when we battled the book-store monopoly?where were they when we fought over your reinstatement,progressions and retakes?We were they when the university threw us into the streets for advocating for you.
