(liz) Food Stamped. I am watching this documentary where people try to live on what the Food Stamp budget is, and they are trying to do more vegetables. The challenge is can people get fresh organic food on Food Stamps with $1 per person per meal. WELL.... I say it CAN and WILL happen in this house, and I am going to document it. I have no doubt that Greg and I will lose weight, but I am more excited to prove that it can be done! $360 ONE MONTH..... I will buy spices and everything. EVERYTHING food stamps can buy. I will prove than veggies and fruits will make it in the meals and organic as well. There will be protein in every meal and grains. Challenge accepted. !!!!! EXCITED. We begin next Monday, and I will post all of it when I am done and some before and afters and the kids real reaction!
