long ass drive only get a physical.. apparently i need a masauge therapist for my neck but its not covered by insurance so its gonna cost me.. stay on my meds get rid of t3s dunno why my family doctor gave them to me...i am at a high rish for strokes cause of all the migraines im having and the type of birth control im on is making that chance even higher.. so dunno if im gonna stop takin in general (doc recomend stopping totally) or look for a different type(bf dosent seem too happy with that one sorry babe) and i need to get rid of all the stress in my life (how does one do that?)and i need a walking partner.. cause an hour a everyday i need to go for a walk to knock down the chance of stroke i also have to have no caffeen cut back salt and sugars...aka healthy eating...but he loved that i was tracking the migraines.. and wants me to also track the regular headaches than in three months i see him again and yet all i could is cry im so frusterated!
