Manager-Accounts Educational Qualification: CA 2009-2010 Batch Age: 25-35 yrs Experience: 3 - 6 years of experience in Accounts & Finance Location of work: Corporate office, New Delhi (Mohan Cooperative Area) Salary Bracket : 4.0 -8.0 Lac(s) p.a Role & responsibility:- 1. Annual and Quarterly financial reporting as per Listing agreement with SEBI 2. Monthly Book closing including ledger scrutiny, provisioning, pre-paid accounting, depreciation run, forex run etc. 3. Preparation of standalone balance sheet of Company and Consolidated balance sheet of PBL group companies (i.e. at holding company level) including notes to accounts 4. Effective coordination with Statutory auditors and ensure timely completion of the routine audits. 5. Preparation of Monthly MIS. 6. Providing different type of CA certification to respective BDs for tender submission etc. 7. Quarterly Internal Audit query reply. 8.
