lygeros.org/articles?n=610&l=gr Ο εποικισμός ως στρατηγικός στόχος Ν. Λυγερός Με τα νέα πολιτικά δεδομένα δεν αρκεί πια να βλέπουμε το θέμα του εποικισμού ως κατάσταση των ανθρωπίνων δικαιωμάτων. Πρέπει να το εξετάσουμε και στρατηγικά. Αν θέλουμε πραγματικά να βοηθήσουμε και τους εγκλωβισμένους μας, δεν πρέπει να κοιτάζουμε αρνητικά και παθητικά το θέμα του εποικισμού. Όταν υπάρχει μια πίεση πάνω σ’ ένα αδύνατο σημείο, για να διαμορφώσουμε την κατάσταση μπορούμε και να βοηθήσουμε το σημείο και να χαμηλώσουμε την ένταση της πίεσης. Για λόγους στρατηγικής το κατοχικό καθεστώς έχει περικυκλώσει το Ριζοκάρπασο με έποικους έτσι ώστε οι δικοί μας να είναι εντελώς απομονωμένοι. Τοπικά ο κατοχικός δήμαρχος είναι από το κόμμα των εποίκων. Και πιο γενικά στα κατεχόμενα ξέρουμε ότι οι έποικοι αποτελούν ένα σημαντικό εκλογικό όπλο για το κατοχικό καθεστώς, αλλά όχι μόνο. Διότι με τις επόμενες «εκλογές» θα ασκηθούν πιέσεις από όλα τα κόμματα πάνω στους εποίκους για να εξασφαλίσουν ένα ποσοστό. Όλοι ξέρουμε ότι το κατοχικό καθεστώς χρησιμοποιεί τους εποίκους για να διαμορφώσει οριστικά τα πληθυσμιακά ποσοστά θεωρώντας ότι οι Τουρκοκύπριοι δεν είναι αρκετά Τούρκοι. Πρέπει, λοιπόν, κι εμείς να ασχοληθούμε ενεργά μ’ αυτό το πληθυσμιακό βάρος και να ανατρέψουμε τα δεδομένα μέσω της πλάγιας σκέψης. Οι έποικοι δεν αποτελούν έναν ενωμένο λαό εφόσον εμπεριέχουν και κουρδικά στοιχεία, ούτε έχουν ένα οικονομικό βάρος. Αντιθέτως, η ύπαρξή τους εξαρτάται κατά ένα μεγάλο βαθμό από τη βούληση του κατοχικού καθεστώτος. Αν τους εξετάζουμε μόνο και μόνο αρνητικά μέσω εθνικιστικών αντανακλαστικών δίχως στρατηγική, το μόνο που θα καταφέρουμε ως αποτέλεσμα θα είναι η μεταμόρφωσή τους σε ακραίους αντιπάλους. Ενώ εξετάζοντας στρατηγικά το θέμα και παίρνοντας κατάλληλες πρωτοβουλίες θα μπορούσαμε να δημιουργήσουμε ένα αντιστασιακό πλαίσιο εναντίον του κατοχικού καθεστώτος. Οι έποικοι για το καθεστώς είναι ένα μέσο για την επίτευξη ενός στόχου που γνωρίζουμε όλοι. Για μας, οι έποικοι πρέπει να γίνουν ένας στρατηγικός στόχος για να δημιουργήσουμε ένα νέο μέσο για την επίλυση του Κυπριακού. Το θέμα πρέπει να εξεταστεί και στρατηγικά και πολιτικά και οικονομικά αλλά και ανθρώπινα. Οι έποικοι πρώτα από όλα είναι άνθρωποι που χρησιμοποίησε το κατοχικό καθεστώς με κάθε τρόπο όχι μόνο ως ανθρώπινη ασπίδα μα και ως όπλο. Οι έποικοι όμως δεν έχουν όραμα. Ξέρουν ότι ζουν σε μια ξένη γη που δεν τους ανήκει και πως τους διοικεί ένα παράνομο καθεστώς. Απλώς όπως όλοι οι άνθρωποι σε κατάσταση ανάγκης φοβούνται. Γι’ αυτό αν θέλουμε μια πραγματική πρόοδο στην υλοποίηση της απελευθέρωσης της πατρίδας μας, πρέπει να εξετάσουμε προσεκτικά τα προβλήματά τους ώστε να εξουδετερώσουμε το όπλο του κατοχικού καθεστώτος και να βοηθήσουμε πρακτικά τα κατεχόμενά μας. Πολυτοπικά τα προβλήματα υπάρχουν, αν τα εξετάσουμε όμως θα μπορέσουμε να τα λύσουμε. Διότι μόνο όταν εξετάζουμε όλες τις πτυχές ενός προβλήματος ξέρουμε πώς να το λύσουμε. Οι πτυχές του εποικισμού είναι πάμπολλες. Διότι ο εποικισμός είναι μόνο και μόνο εργαλείο τακτικής. Στην πραγματικότητα όμως ο εποικισμός δεν υπάρχει, υπάρχουν μόνο οι έποικοι. Με ’κείνους πρέπει να έχουμε επαφές για να δουν ότι ο πραγματικός τους εχθρός δεν είναι ο νόμιμος κυπριακός λαός μα το κατοχικό καθεστώς που τους εκμεταλλεύτηκε τόσα χρόνια, όχι για την καλυτέρευση της δικής τους ζωής μα για την επικράτηση ενός παράνομου κράτους. Το κατοχικό καθεστώς δεν κοίταξε ποτέ του τους έποικους σαν ανθρώπους μα μόνο και μόνο σαν άτομα, σαν αριθμούς. Αν εμείς σκεφτούμε πιο δημιουργικά τα δεδομένα και μ’ έναν ανθρώπινο τρόπο, θα τα ανατρέψουμε. Οι έποικοι είναι οι σκλάβοι του κατοχικού καθεστώτος, ο εχθρός τους δεν είναι οι ελεύθεροι πολιορκημένοι μα εκείνος που τους σκλάβωσε. We all know that, the occupational regime uses the settlers to reform the population rates, considering that the Turkish Cypriots are not Turkish enough. We must, therefore, also actively deal with these population dynamics and reverse the data through lateral thinking. The settlers are not a united group of people, as they contain within Kurdish elements as well, nor to they carry an economic substance. On the contrary, their existence depends to a large extent on the goodwill of the occupational regime. If we confront them only negatively, according to nationalist reflexes, and without strategy, we will only succeed as a result, letting them transform into extreme opponents. Whereas, examining the issue strategically and taking appropriate initiatives, we could create a partisan context against the occupational regime. The settlers for the occupational regime, are merely a means to achieve a certain goal that we are all aware of. For us, the settlers must become a strategic objective in order to create a new instrument to help solve the Cypriot problem. The issue must be addressed, strategically, politically and economically, but also humanly. The settlers first of all, are people who have been used by the occupational regime in every way, not only as a human shield but also as a weapon. But the settlers have no vision. They are aware that they live on a foreign land, which does not belong to them, and that they are functioning accoding to the orders of an illegal regime. Quite simply, like all people in a state of need, they are fearful. Consequently, if we want a real progress in the implementation of the liberation of our country, we must carefully consider their problems, in order to negate the weapon of the occupational regime and help practically our occupied territories. On a multi topical level, the problems exist, but if we address them, we will be able to solve them. Because, only when we examine all aspects of a problem, we become aware of how to solve it. The aspects of colonization are numerous. Because the colonization is just a tactical tool solely. . In actual fact however, the colonization does not exist, there are only the settlers. With them we must make contacts, in order for them to realise, that the real enemy is not the legitimate Cypriot nation, but the occupying regime who took advantage of them all these years, not for the improvement of their own lives but for the prevalence of an illegal state. The occupational regime, didnt ever treat the settlers as humans, but just like persons, like numbers If we now examine the data more creatively, and in a humane manner, we will invalidate them. The settlers are the slaves of the occupational regime, their enemy are not the free beleaguered, but those who enslaved them. This is also our own enemy. the only one exclusively.
