Hence, the London City Hall costs about P5.4B and not P2.75B. 4. And even if the cost of the London City Hall was P43M, as per the link cited (news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/2129199.stm), if we convert that to Peso (£1.00 = P84.00), we yield P3,612,000,000.00 or P3.612B, with a difference of P1.212B.
