mattvaughan.au When do you say no? We all do it, we all have a weakness be it savoury or sweet..... But we all have a choice as to when we stop. I deal with comp prep clients, I deal with mums, I deal with complete newbies who all want the one thing. Results!!!! Mostly, yes its about getting rid of the bad & in most cases its about replacing with the good. I want EVERYONE who is wanting the above to trial one thing out, even for 2-3 days & yes I want some sort of measurement like scales, the feeling of loose clothes around your hips/stomach or maybe just the internal feeling of being slightly lighter. This will take no thinking what so ever but it will take some will power.... I just want you to finish eating when youre 80-90% full. That is it!!! I know, this is stupid right? Youre hungry, you only have 4 pieces of scraps left on your plate & it would be a waste of food. Yeah yeah yeah.... But those last bits will always be the 6-10% that continues to edge us all up on the scales, up in dress size & DOWN on CONFIDENCE. Sometimes its not what we eat, but how much of it we eat. I promise you results, I cant be there to hold your hand but I can be a guiding hand.
