may i suggest if you ever have a problem with Mediacom you go to the marion office and bypass the phone call to their main office. i have been fussing with them on the phone for 4 mo trying to get them to explain why i have a $120 balance every month. no one on the phone could give me an answer. i went to marion this afternoon and found out that when i put my cable and tv on vacation hold, (i was gone to florida for over 3 mo) i am only allowed to go up to 90 days. so if i stay gone over that time i have to either start paying the full amt or have it disconnected all together. in 4 mo NO ONE on the phone was able to tell me that!!!!!!!!!! the girl in marion explained it and it was all settled in less than 10 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks marion mediacom office. i will never make a phone call to the main office again!!!!!!!!!
