mis konsepsi action research: pada awal bulan september saya bertemu dengan seorang professor. beliau bercerita tentang paradigma baru Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK/ Action research). menurut beliau sekarang ini ada 3 macam action reserach, yaitu: 1. Action researh yang dilakukan oleh dosen, itulah yang disebut dengan collaborative action research. AR jenis ini membutuhkan bantuaan kolabirator. 2. Action research yang dilalukan oleh guru, jenis ini tidak membutuhkan kolaborator, dan disebut sebagai PTK Mandiri. 3. Action research yang dilakukan oleh pengawas dan kepala sekolah, yang disebut sebagai class action research (maaf mungkin bagian yang ini agak kabur). yang juga membutuhkan kolaborator. karena penasaran maka saya tanyakan langsung pada pendirinya yaitu Robin Mc Taggart,. dan inilah jawaban beliau: Hi Agus, I am afraid 1 to 3 are not what Professor Stephen Kemmis or I (and our most recent collaborator, Dr Rhonda Nixon) would regard as a action research. We have just finished writing a book called The Action Research Planner: Doing Critical Participatory Action Research which will be published in January 2014 so we are quite up to date! Action research is always collaborative and conducted by people themselves to change their own practices and the situations in which practice is conducted. It involves all participants in helping each other to change in ways to make their work more wise, more satisfying, and more just and fair.
