...morning wake up SPIZZ...this vitamin C elixir will put a little zesty effervescent vivacity in you SPIZZERINCTUM...12 ozs. of alkaline water(or just clean water),add 2-4 teaspoons of braggs organic apple cider vinegar(I just pour it in),juice a half of lemon and pour it in water,add teaspoon of vitamin C powder...drink up and dance around your house naked!!!...add some honey for taste if its a little too zesty for you...make sure your blinds are closed so the neighBORs dont think youre nuckin futz...my neighBORs know I am nuts so NO werries...better than hitting the crack pipe for breakfast...
