my Petra devotional for today was based on their song, Seen and Not Heard, inspired by the verse 1 Peter 2:12. As Christians, our testimony to the world is not so much in what we say but how we live. People dont need any more lofty rhetoric; they need to see action which speaks louder than words. They need to see Christ lived out in our lives, in and out of Church. People can argue about the existence of God, our morality, and falsely accuse us; but its hard to argue about a life that has been changed by God, and seeing our good works. Why not try to show Jesus in your life to someone today -- through an act of kindness, compassion, or concern?
