my best friends dad is dying and im there for her the best i can be. Im strong for her when im talking and listening to her however when i get off the phone im having panic attacks and crying alot myself. Its hard to see her in so much pain and i feel so helpless from so far away. Also it seems my support system is sonewhat lacking. Im reaching out but it seems noone is reaching back. Im not wanting to be all poor me about this...but it does hurt.
