my last day in Bolivia :( It has been an amazing three weeks of sunshine and great friends that I consider family. After my surgery, being stuck in the house with -30 degree temps took my emotions and my spirit on a downward slope and I am feeling so much better now. I miss my family, my friends, and my coworkers and look forward to seeing the surgeon wednesday and hopefully get the go ahead to return to work. It is bittersweet leaving here, as I love it here butI I love home too. Today I had a wonderful picnic with Jose, his mom, his sister Blanca, and her five sons. Then I made my sister n laws chocolate sundae cake for my other family here in Bolivia. Love to you all!! Tomorrow, I am leaving on a jet plane but I do know I will be back again :)
