my last visit with the Nero surgeon. Doctor :well iv look at you images and there exactly the same, the image person sead it looks worse but i see no change. it look like im looking at the same pitcher. how is your back. whats would you rather have gone the pain in your leg or the pain in your back? Me: Both! the pain in my leg and back are the same constant pain. the more I do the worse till I cant bare it. I can get the pain to go down a bit by taking the pressers of my back sporting my weight with a Cain.LAying on the bed and cuch in serten ways well supported with pillows. the pool rely helps with more movement less pain, traction. I think it has to do with compression of the spin and mussels tension. I also have pains in my groin and inner thighs that randomly hit that are extremely pain full my best guess is there related to bowel pressers. Doctor: Surgery wont help your pain. Ill recommend that you get moving again ill suggest a good rehab team and pain management program. oh how did you injure your back again? Me: Car accident. Doctor: oh ICBC wont cover that program. as he gets up and starts to leave Me: pleas youll have to recommend it to my Lawyer if its going to happen hill be the one to know. Iv bin living of my wifes income the lawyers paying for all my rehab stuff. Doctor: well you better get back to work. as he leads me out. me: thank you. I see my family doctor a week latter. doctor: well you finally got to see the Nero surgeon, me: yes doctor: and iv herd back from him and he sead you need to get rid of the cain and get off the coach and get moving again. me:well he dint say that to me. with an emotional rise of anger and frustration. he said surgery would get rid of my pains. and that he was recommending a rehab program and pain management program. Doctor: well when was your last cortisone shot. Me:oh a wile back. Doctor: well your suppose to see the doctor after ward and tell them how it went. me: well i think your the one that scheduled them no i havent herd any thing from the hospital. doctor well give them a call when you get back home and reschedule another one. me: i frustrated and full of anger and pain calmly say thanks and schedule another appointment in a moth? doctor: awkwardly and confused um yes. my conclusion is that they all have no idea how to relive my pain or just dont care. if we help him hill stop coming and we wont make any money. I have completely changed my diet to redoes inflammation and free radical thingys. i cant eat meat it make me feel sick and more pain. focused my rehab on lengthening and strengthening my back and abdominals. daily mediations. and tichi practices. the rehab program was working on my shoulders and core mussels. I have considerably lowered the pain though life style choices and doing what make the pain less. but the doctors no best Right so im going to just throw my self back in to work and see what how much pain i can take be for I crack. its bin for days i only used the Cain for a sort walk to the car yesterday. my back is x10 more pinching pain and the left leg is strong shouting knife pain down the back of my leg rite to the base of my foot. and shooting from my lower back in to my right hip fortunately its not stopping me from moving. oh and im starting work tomorrow with a Eagle eye construction. i spent the last week trying to fined work. any thing that was not labor intensive. today i saw an construction add and said well know one else has responded lets just send an email. latterly 10 minutes later i get a call to have a interview. 5 minute inter view start tomorrow. I ask my self why?
