my oral surgeon and specialist, told me to see it at DDS. I told him I did had an implant doctor in Santa Cruz California. All in the emergency Dental situation!. They said they were a full dental care. It was his friends, and refe and never gave me my records my original record doctors note forensic accounting to pay the bill how much was the bill the most of all all backwards all my individual x-rays. And a panoramic x-ray wasnt then till the implant doctor, was going to deny me. I was there early I hear them talking. For lunch and said I was never there I was just ask Dr Rym Partridges office I walked over there,,and just receive a check for $11,000? Where is the itemized statement at accounting as a forensic accounting, but the IRS impossible attorneys but the dentist told me this is the illegal.. please everybody hang on Im going to an emergency situation again as in last year if you look at the pictures from the dentist and the emergency room. HMOs, the physicians Medical Group, Sutter medical and maternity, did the surgery on my thumbs, ,none of them are qualified medical examiners!!, AME.American Medical Examiners.
