my very first Siamese was a 5 week old kitten someone at work gave me to. he was a tiny, tiny thing, much to young to leave his mother, but I managed to keep him alive and he grew up to be a wonderful cat, who was entirely devoted to me in every way. he enjoyed meeting other people and playing with them, especially my friend Ted. Tom had a long and happy life, eventually dying at the age of about 12 from kidney failure. the vet who cared for him at the end told me that he wished that animal cloning were possible, as he would like to have a Tom of his own. here are the photos of I have of my old Tom. and his full name was Thomas S. Cat, the S stood for Siamese.
