myLEADER (Pioneer Batch - 2015) The purpose of this program is to provide training and mentoring opportunities for youth and students who want to take a more active role in their communities and schools while providing hands-on learning experiences that develop self-advocacy, self-determination, civil rights advocacy, independent decision-making, career development and leadership skills. These 22 brilliant future youth leaders represent different communities, organizations, youth advocacy & sectors in our Municipality. Each fellows in the myLEADER Program will be matched up with a mentor based on their identified areas for growth and development. There will also be a regular online panel meeting with a specific International Mentor, individual programmings, seminar/training attendance, inland trips and they will be connected to other Asian & international youth leaders for their future projets & networks. (Other Activities: Leadership Training & Seminars, Meetings with high ranking-officials or Community Leaders, Army/Combat Training, training for Exchange Programs local & abroad, internships in Government offices & Educational trips whenever qualified). #futureleaders #ProFellowsOutcome
