nak balik png and plan nak sampai cepat, malas nak ambil airasia takut flight delay and pilih MAS instead, dah la bayar tiket mahal sbb walk in purchase, available flight 9.30pm, so ok la at least boleh celebrate merdeka kat png, masa nak check in, mas crew ckp flight delay to 11.05, then Another delay to 11.45 and finally the flight took off at 12.15am...if I knew this is the case, baik aku ambil air Asia, lagi murah...dah la stranded kat airport for more than 3 hours..any input in how to write an official complaint?
