After all the problems I had with my iPhone 4s I still upgraded to iPhone 5s and guess what I am back to having problems with their software...after listening to a voicemail I delete it, then go over to deleted messages to permanently delete them...they are gone till I receive a new message then all the ones from the past 2 weeks come back and i have to re delete them .... why? I have went to AT&T, apple and called into apple support and am getting NO WHERE fast.. This has been going on since November when we got 3 new iPhone 5s, but I am the lucky one that has to put up with this...as the other two work normal! REALLY?
