need some advice from people that are into heavy cardio style workouts: im used to running and before the muay thai, join in on the runs now that the weather is warmer. during muay thai classes, by the time i get to sparring, im gassed. today because of the heat, both of my calves cramped and started to seize up while sparring - likely dehydration. the latter problem i know i can solve by downing more water. i just want to improve my conditioning so im not completely spent so quickly. any advice would be greatly appreciated.
