no running day :) so this week total is ~62km + soccer and kayaking. about 288km during past 4 weeks. camping soccer gave big huge bruises on my left leg but it is getting better. i will register the Brussels marathon around mid Sept since it will never be over subscribed so there is no point to register now: i am trying to run with as little energy and pain as possible and getting a little bit better (you may ask why run at all ...) and the current goal is to run it about 3:25 because Vincent did it around 3:26 in Berlin. (Brussels is hilly so +5min is acceptable.) he challenged me if i can match up his time over a lunch. realistically i will be happy if i can finish it in 3:40. i will try to run 3 hours and see how long i can run next week end since my legs have not fully recovered from the slippery soccer game yet.
