no wonder people r buying on line instead of supporting their local businesses , the amount of shit consumer service i got in Ireland since i took up photography is alarming , just an example , i brought my mac in to a repair shop because it wasnt burning dvds and the track pad wasnt working(i said it might be dust in there ) , i was told the track is broken cost 180euros buy a mouse instead and dvd burner only certain brand of dvds ,a month went by i decide to fix it myself from online forums , just turns out the dvd burner needed cleaning and all the track pad needed was a squirt of compress air , do they think we r stupid , i could write a book on situations like this that happen to me over the last 5 years in different shops ,.....paring to Barker Photographic Ltd. they customers service is excellent ,i always came out of that of shop happy ,they try everything to solve ur problem and give u alternatives , you get a sense from them that they really care , shops in look after costumer and they will look after u instead complaining about the recession.............rant over !!!!! now to look after my clients :)
