not feeling good today! i got my flu shot at my dr visiit monday and glad i have it because i hate colds and it helps prevent them for me. i have problems with my bp and also other healt issues. i feel bad today stressful day for me my bp is up and got headach hope it passes i am going to rest now took my bp pill and hope comes down donlt want to go er unless have too. hope i have better night than my day went.sad all weekend daddy been gone 8 yrs on 28th went to his grave cried alot!
