not quite the 6lbs off I wanted but considering away for the weekend I will take the 4.5lbs off :-) well done to my buddy Mandy Reeve for a fantastic 5.5lbs off and ANY loss will put Mandy at the lightest this year ;-) looking forward to seeing all my Mildenhall Marvels tomorrow as when we stay on our journey we will get there in a way that will never happen when we give up AND we are way too important to give up on being the healthiest and happiest we can be xx
