now Im going to play devils advocate and am probably going to get some criticism for this but I think were shedding dead wood. It seems like were selling Kaka to Orlando City who will loan him to Sao Paolo. I love Kaka infinitely, but the Kaka of 2014 is no longer a world class player. He played good for half a season and scored some goals but he was not the leader to start Milans rebirth. He DEFINITELY has to take some of the blame for our immensely shitty season. Maybe he had a good effect on the dressing room, but he didnt deliver on the field when it mattered the most. Im glad to get rid of him, hes 32 and sucks up loads of our wages. If we get rid of Robinho and Mexes well have much more to spend on actual quality. I will never forget the smoking bianco who lit up San Siro, but Kaka is no longer that player. Milan need better players and leaders than him now, the key part being that they are young. Lets use this opportunity to start a new Milan, because weve been talking too much about history and the past, whether it be that we have 7 CLs or the most titles in the world. We need to look at the present and realize that we have immense problems that need fixing.
