now i have to put in my 2 cents. i already read a review from someone who was there and said dave was patient with that crowd but they were giving him no respect, wouldn`t be quiet. he is an Artist! you can`t go to his show and demand he just do his t.v. show. people did that here with margaret cho/thought she was going to just do her tv show. at least they just walked out so the show could continue. everyone loves miles davis now but dean said he would turn his back on the audience or walk off the stage if audience was being noisy. i know artists like some back an forth but we are paying to see them and their creativity. seems like some people think everything is like tv.
