now is a good time for southern albertans to really pay attention to mainstream media. we know bullshit, especially when its served up nice and fresh. listen to how stories are mashed together with clever segways, linking fears with imagined scenarios, and attempting to change the public narrative with phrases like, ...last year in high river, when officials cordoned off a GOOD size of the town..., or, ...Rainfall warnings are still in effect for areas in the south of the province, but do not include Calgary.
