Designation: Principal Engineer RESPONSIBILITIES: eScription Product Development is looking for an experienced software developer to provide technical leadership for the design and development of server and client software components for eScription’s current and next generation products serving the medical community. This person will be a key member of the technical staff. • Participate in the design and development of complex, scalable, enterprise applications. • Work with team members to design, develop, improve, maintain, and support server and client components that adhere to modern standards. • Evangelize and mentor peers on enterprise application development strategies, technologies, techniques, tools and guidelines. The successful candidate must demonstrate skills and experiences in managing QA projects. This is a hands-on position that requires the writing product test plans; the planning, development and execution of detailed test cases; reporting of testing and defect metric. Candidates need to be well organized and good communicators and team player. Experience in planning and organizing testing efforts for enterprise-level applications is a strong requirement. Experience in developing automated test suites and performance tests are highly desirable. Position Scope Works with minimal supervision. Determines and develops approach and detail plan to analyze and diagnose problems. Communicates with various stakeholders during different phases of project lifecycle.
