o a big stress for me lately has been balancing my physical workload and mental workload, specifically, physical labor and self teaching. My patterns for the past 3 months has been almost every combination of the two, and it has left me very vulnerable when i dont allow my body or mind to recover effectively. So My idea is to schedule 4 days a week with events focusing on physical labor, and 3 days a week where i engage in a full day of self teaching and proper rest, As well as maintaining 6 hours of sleep minimum a night every night. If i can identify patterns for the best recovery then i can plan my days to most effectively go into preplanned tasks as well as maintain a better idea of how the way i spend my days affects me.
