As he approached the podium, watch his eyes squint to adjust to the script. Notice his eyes as he tried to lowered his head for emphasis. His eyes are staring up the whole speech at the new teleprompter. Obviously to give the perception of no teleprompter and speaking personably at Americans with no notes like a genius professor scholar. He looked like he was hypnotized. Zombified. They take Americans as foolish mindless sheep. Remember during a speech a flew years ago said Americans are stupid. (Look it up). Wake up you who are onboard his ship of deception........
