obviously that turns into a PWR Pressurised Water Reactor in subs.. the depth of water enters though a pipe system with varying pressures turning magnetised turbine blades that generate electricity in the coils that electrolytically decompose the cooling water rising through them to provide o2plus-ed air to the crew and hydrogen to explosively drive the arc chambering microcapacity ringdriven propellar systems.. whilst refrigeratively condensing the co2 at controlled rates to cool the systems further when required.. f#cking genius!!!
