oh how life was easier when innocence blessed my soul. Just as a lil girl whos only sorrow was loosing her stuffed bear. When the only heartbreak was loosing a pet, soon replaced by the next one. How one wouldnt wish one could go back to those days, When tears didnt burn our cheeks. when they so easily rubbed off. Before life takes its toll on ones shoulders... When love so sweet didnt matter as much. When smiling came naturally and pain quickly healed with a candy... Why life must be so cruel, no one can ever say. Accept or not accept the injustices, It is ones personal choice. Either way is nor right or wrong, And either way, life still goes on.
