oh no catastrophe - i sold an evil woman a £5 coat - it cost £5 to send to her - course ebay nicked a £1 as they do.. she got the coat and despite the description clearly telling her - NO SIZE GUIDE PLSE READ MEASUREMENTS - she buys it - then she moans, first she complains the postage is too much - SEE POST OFFICE, then she complains the coats doesnt fit - SEE DESCRIPTION, i agree to refund her - send my coat back - all good. NO COAT COMES BACK. She opens a case - to decide if she can have a refund - bear in mind, i already said yes, ebay decide in her favour - morons, i already said yes! Still no coat. Then she sends me 15 abusive messages, she says, im a fraud, a liar, a cheat, she hopes my biz continues to thrive with bad money - erm okay £4 is a huge amount of money, well worth putting up with ultimate shite and some miserable little moron who gets their kicks whining on ebay all day .... ah another day another ... er what 25 pence? this nasty little egg then puts her neg feedback on - some people are just so stupid, honestly :) her language is hilarious - she sent an email saying I was shouting he he - weve never spoken :) shes an hysterical pain in the arse
