ok, I feel better. pain meds workin a lot better. I didnt do execises yesterday cause I hurt so bad, so I will start again this morning. I am gonna try to straighten the house up. its not good to not do anything. so I will attempt to mop my kitchen floor, since no one else will do it. my house is really gross and needs cleaned. I wont over do it cause I wanna be better so I can go back to work Monday. yeah im ready and bored.
