ok I have a scenario, you did foolish things when you were 13,14,15 so now that you are 21 and you have a baby, and in the hospital, a social worker in the hospital finds this information so now she calls cps on you about something you did in your adolescent years. No# 1 it should have been sealed, No#2 they threatened to have you appear in court tomorrow the day after you have had a baby. Is this fare or what, I know that the child protection laws has changed recently, but I know they need to be looking for real child abusers and stop trying to make examples out of innocent people and using their past as a minor for their motive.
