ok I know the clinical doctors will disagree with this, but really, the E-smoke stuff works! I quit smoking! :-D. I say quit because I know it is done: I do not want to have a cigarette! The trick is, I think in my case, first of all, after accepting the sweet strawberry flavored nicotine mist, the normal warm-paper-burning-plant-rosting smell of cigarette just tast disgusting, so I do not want the normal cigarette taste anymore; second of all....the E-smoke is cold and boring....it does not light up the red little warm spot in the night....ah, it is just not smoking, so if not in a desperate need of nicotine I wont think of it. Last but not least, it is a bit embarassing to use in front of people, imagine, when all my girlfriends are holding the stylish slim white little cigarette (please pronounce this word with french accent) in their fingers, I have to bring out my big black stick and start sucking ....so no social smoking either. So I did less and less in a very short period.....and then nothing...no need of nicotine. I have to admit that yesterday when I saw Tiziano Benocci with his white Marlboro I really missed the little warm stinky burning thing-i in my fingers, but not enough for me to take a sip. So, yes girls and guys, I quit smoking! :-D
